Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 60 days of the original purchase of the product.
In regards to our 1-3 month-long CodeBerry course products, we issue refunds within 14 days of the course starting date.

We recommend that you contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Lifetime access to the course materials of 1-3-month-long thematic courses

Lifetime access to the course material is granted only if:

• The student has paid every installment of the course fee and has not requested a refund.
• Lifetime access only applies to the lessons of the purchased course, and it provides access to the learning community. Mentoring support is only available for the duration of the course. If the content of a course becomes outdated, we reserve the right to change or remove the content.
